Rules

Camping

• All sites are back-in only.
• 2 vehicles allowed on a campsite; no parking allowed on the road.
• Objects allowed on one site: 1 RV and 1 Tent, or 2 Tents.
• No more than 8 people per site or 16 per double-up site.

Check-in

• Check-in time for campsites is 2:00pm, with a check-out time of 1:00pm.
• Check-in time for rental units is 3:00pm, with a check-out time of 11:00am.
• Quiet hours are 11:00pm-8:00am. All individuals under the age of 18 must be on site by 11:00pm unless they are accompanied by an adult.

Speed Limit

• The speed limit in the resort is 10 mph and will be strictly enforced.

Golf Cart Rules

• Golf carts are to be driven by licensed drivers only. No standing on golf cart while in motion. Driver cannot allow child to seat on their lap and drive.
• No rental golf carts on the hill at any time.
• No people on the hill after dark.

Water Park

• Water park/swim pond patrons must obey all pool/pond complex rules and obey all lifeguards/staff.
• Swimming pond is open dusk-dawn

Playgrounds

• All playgrounds close at 11:00 p.m., Swim Pond closes at dusk, jumping pillow closes at 10:30 p.m.

Mini-bikes, motorbikes, go carts, electric scooters, UTV’s and ATV’s

• Mini-bikes, motorbikes, go carts and electric scooters are allowed to be driven in the resort. Helmets are not required but recommended. 10 MPH max speed. Must have lights to use after dusk. Must follow all rules of the road. No age limit inside the park. Adults may use motorcycles or mopeds to enter or leave the resort, but only if this is their only mode of transportation.
• UTV’s and ATV’s are allowed by all, however, they are only to be driven to and from the site and the main entrance parking lot at the gate. They must be registered and have insurance.

Fireworks

• Fireworks (including sparklers), firearms, and weapons of any kind are not allowed in the resort and will result in a $250.00 fine.

Drinking/Smoking/Illegal Substances

• Underage drinking/smoking is prohibited. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
• Drunk and disorderly conduct and profanity will not be tolerated. Those in violation of this rule will be evicted from their site and no refunds will be issued.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in public places or in rental units. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND MUST BE PICKED UP AFTER. Maximum 10’ leash.

Pump-Outs

• Grey water must be kept in a holding tank and cannot be allowed to run on the ground. All grey and septic water must be disposed of in the dump stations, located near the restaurant/bar. No tow behind tanks allowed.
• Pump-out services are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a fee of $45. Contact the office the day before to make arrangements for this service.

Campfires

• Campfires are only allowed in the designated fire rings and the fire must not be more than 3’ high.

Trash/Littering

• Please dispose of your garbage and recyclable in appropriate bins/dumpsters by the pavilion. Any trash remaining on site after check-out will result in a $50 fine. Please call Security @ 920-605-6754 if the dumpster is full.
• No littering. Please help us keep the resort as clean as possible, including the observation hill.
