You can rent our Community Center anytime during the year. Feature of the Center Include:
Seating for up to 150 people
Plenty of parking for your guests
Just steps away from the waterpark and endless amenities!

The Community center can be rented out at the rate of $50.00 per hour (3 hour minimum), or for the entire day for $300.00.
You can rent the Pavilion select times during the summer months. Features of the Pavilion Include:
Seating for up to 300 people
Parking for your guests
Just steps away from the waterpark and endless amenities!
(Wristbands required for the use of the waterpark & amenities)
The Pavilion can be rented out at the rate of $300.00 for a half day -Times: 8 am – 2 pm OR 3 pm – 10 pm. Full day at the rate of $500.00 Time: 8 am -10 pm
