Job Summary: A line cook, or Prep Cook, cooks and plates dishes and completes basic food prepping tasks for a restaurant. Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.

Job Summary:
A better term for this position may be “restaurant helpers.” Food Runners/Dishwashers are the helpers that keep everything running smoothly in the restaurant. They are the line of communication between the front of house (servers/bartenders) and back of house (cooks). Their primary job is to do whatever needs to be done to keep everyone moving smoothly. Whether it is collecting and washing dishes, retrieving supplies for the cooks, delivering prepared food to the servers from the kitchen, emptying trash cans, or assisting with kitchen prep work, every task asked of them is important.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Bartenders should be able quickly and accurately prepare drink orders for customers and servers while maintain a relaxing, fun, upbeat, and inviting atmosphere. Bartenders at River Bend RV Resort are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests. Accurately entering orders into the POS System, processing payments, and accurately making change for customers are all essential to a bartender’s success. In addition, learning and memorizing cocktail recipes, establishing a rapport with regular guests, and having the ability to effectively communicate with and listen to each guest will set a bartender up for success.

Food Servers welcome guests and provide them with an enjoyable dining experience. Their role is to be the guest’s main point of communication with the kitchen and bar. Food Servers work as a team with front-of-house staff to welcome customers, direct them to their seats and take their orders. They engage in friendly conversation with their tables to make them feel comfortable and provide a hospitable environment, delivering food on time and at the correct temperature. Food Servers also maintain cleanliness in the dining room and correct any issues with meals.
Summary
To assist lifeguards with enforcing pool deck and beach rules, including wristband checks, no glass or smoking, and no running. Pool staff also provides help with cleaning duties and organization.

Must be at least 15 years old, no prior experience is necessary.
Red Cross Lifeguard Certification required. Work permit needed if under 16 years old.
The employee is required to stand, sit, climb, or balance, as well as talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. An individual needs to be able to tend to a situation swiftly in an emergency situation.
The Activity Center Staff is hired to enhance the campers’ stay at the park. Activity Staff facilitates fun events and entertainment primarily on the weekends. Throughout the week, the Activity Staff prepares for the upcoming weekend’s events. During the week and weekend, the staff interacts with the campers who visit the Activity Center. This involves playing board games, arts and crafts, playing tag, sports, etc. On the weekends, the Activity Staff is responsible for managing the scheduled events and activities. This includes slip ‘n slides, calling Bingo, crafts, making t-shirts, etc. The Activity Staff is required to partake and be involved in all activities. In the course of the summer, the staff will assist with the Bubble Glow Parades, outdoor movies, and pool parties.
Store associates work in River Bend’s general store providing exceptional customer service to all customers by performing the following duties:
Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and arranging the Lodging, public spaces, and facilities of the campground in a sanitary, economical, and efficient manner so they are ready for use by customers.

A gate guard is an integral part of the security team at River Bend RV Resort. A gate guard works in the guard shack. The gate guard is the first face that everyone sees when they come to River Bend, and they are also an extension of the management team. So, it is imperative that a gate guard projects a positive image. A gate guard needs to be ready to greet and assist people that come to River Bend. A patrol guard is an invaluable part of the security team. They are responsible for enforcing the rules that River Bend has in place. This can be accomplished by patrolling in a patrol vehicle or conducting foot patrols. They have the authority to write tickets to rule violators. While writing tickets, patrol guards must be firm, fair, and consistent. It is also imperative that all patrol guards have great conflict resolution skills, communication skills, and the ability to take charge in an emergency. The safety and well-being of our team members is of critical importance to River Bend RV Resort. We all have the responsibility to not only protect ourselves while patrolling, but we should do our part to protect those around us. The security supervisor is an invaluable part of the security team at River Bend RV Resort. The security supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the gate guards and patrol guards, which may include helping with coaching, training, and facilitating meetings. The security supervisor is responsible for patrolling River Bend in a security patrol vehicle and on foot. The security supervisor is also responsible for enforcing rules that River Bend RV Resort has in place to keep guests safe!
